This Mercedes GLE Hybrid is operating on the engine only at the moment, due to what initially appears to be a high voltage isolation fault. In-depth and targeted diagnostics are next on the agenda to pinpoint the component at fault.

After checking and confirming all of the components in the hybrid system were safe and carrying out a general hybrid vehicle health check, which we offer for all vehicles, regardless of the work booked in. We were able to identify the fault causing this Lexus CT200h to cut out randomly to a failing engine throttle body. Unfortunately it was beyond cleaning up, and had to be replaced.

Solar installation carried out to a Citroen HY Replica catering vehicle. We have also installed the full system to power the catering equipment, extractor fans, lighting etc. to run on full electric power all day.

Vehicle in a no drive state and recovered to us. After extensive diagnostics, the contactor box was found to have suffered from significant water ingress. Our repair has been carried out and investigations are underway to identify the source of the water.

Red warning triangle, VSC, TRC, ABS & Check Hybrid System lights displayed. Swift diagnosis led to a failing block of cells. Failed cells identified, replaced and the vehicle was back on the road in no time.

Full battery pack installed to a 2008 Lexus GS450h. Cooling system cleaned and full vehicle health check.
