Hybrid Battery Replacement

2020 Mercedes GLE 350de

After extensive diagnostics, and triple checks of everything beforehand, unfortunately a short circuit inside one of the battery module blocks of the hybrid battery meant that replacing the entire battery was the only option. Parts are not available for the hybrid battery on these models brand new, and the second hand market returned no results except for complete packs. The vehicle is operational again, and has now been returned to its owner.
