We're an independent, IMI-certified hybrid and EV battery specialist based in Brockford, Suffolk — focused entirely on giving owners a knowledgeable, transparent alternative to main-dealer pricing.
Our Story
An Honest Alternative To Main-Dealer Hybrid & EV Work
Founded in 2023 by Charlie & Nick as a mobile service, we believed that too many hybrid and EV owners are pushed straight into a full battery replacement at the first sign of trouble. In most cases, a targeted repair, balance or module-level reconditioning will restore the pack to its expected performance for a fraction of the cost — and that's exactly what we exist to do. Fast forward to today, we have a dedicated testing facility for individual components, a full equipped workshop, targeted at Hybrid & EV repairs and components. We don't carry out general mechanical work, so everything we do, is targeted towards the high voltage system.
Our technicians are IMI certified for high-voltage automotive systems. We use professional, hybrid & EV specific diagnostic and reconditioning equipment built to communicate directly with components — not generic OBD tools that only scratch the surface.
We're a small team, which means you'll always speak with the people doing the work. We will always uphold our promise to keep you informed at every step, explain options in plain language, and never recommend something you don't need. That's the whole business — nothing more complicated than that.
